Update — 2026-05-14: a lot has just moved into Live now.

Most of the Tidal Harbor phase has shipped. Live now also includes:

  • Messaging the other party, pinned to the listing you’re talking about
  • Sending and accepting offers — paid or free
  • Scheduling appointments with shared time-slot polls
  • Calendar invites (.ics) emailed to both parties
  • Built-in video calls (self-hosted, at meet.tessolari.com)
  • Marking a service delivered and acknowledging it
  • A formal dispute process when both sides can’t agree, plus refunds
  • Email notifications for everything that needs your attention

Also: behind the scenes, the whole estate moved off the old single-VM box onto a proper multi-VM cluster on Hetzner Cloud. Same accounts, same data, same hostnames — just much better isolated by role. Brief ~25 min outage on the sign-in path during the migration. Everything’s stable now.
